“It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall.”

“We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. ”

“Great location with great sea views. Room was quite small but was perfectly sufficient for our one night stay. Also, very clean and everything needed was available. Breakfast was good value but not well organised. Overall a comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again..”

“L’hotel storico del 1865 occupa una splendida posizione di fronte a Castle Beach a due passi dai negozi e ristoranti di Falmouth. “Staff could not have been more professional and helpful, a real credit to the property. Well located close to Falmouth, plenty of parking. The room was lovely, plenty of storage and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were poor and not sufficient. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was amazing! “Stanze grandi e confortevoli, luogo silenzioso e letto comodo. Colazione abbondante e personale gentilissimo. Consiglio il ristorante dell’hotel: menù raffinato e dessert deliziosi. Se si arriva in treno, scendere alla stazione Penmere invece che a Falmouth Town.”

“Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.”
