This incredible home is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups!

Guest Access:
We offer self-guided 24-hour check in! Our home is set up with a Schlage lock electronic key pad entry system. We provide you with a code to enter at the door and you're in. This 4-digit code will be yours to use to access the house for the duration of your stay. It's super easy and no keys to lose. Our guests will have access to everything in the house except the basement, which is occupied by a full-time tenant with their own private entrance.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is located in Southeast Portland, which is home to plenty of locally-owned restaurants, bars, and shops.

You can't get any closer to the action than at this house, which sits in the Heart of Hawthorne boulevard, with some of the city's most heralded restaurants, cafes, shops and bars just a block away, such as:

Please note that there is a full-time tenant in the basement unit. They have their own entry and will not impact your stay in any way.

--IMPORTANT: Please note that on all bookings on platforms other than Airbnb there is a deposit of up to $1000.(Please inquire for the exact ammount) This is to cover any potential damages to the home or property. Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please be aware that if you do chose a different payment method you will need to provide the payment details.

IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.

-- As required by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:

4) Email address
5) License plate number if bringing a car (please provide on the day of check in if renting a vehicle)

No smoking at this property whatsoever, which includes vape pens and marijuana. If evidence of smoking is discovered we will impose a $500 fine.

Please use the provided battery operated candles only. There are no candles or open flames permitted at this home.

No noise after 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. If a complaint is made there is an automatic $100 fine, $250 and a file started with Airbnb for the second complaint, and Eviction for the 3rd and final complaint. Our neighbors are important to us, and we have to keep them happy. Let's keep things pleasant for everyone by keeping quiet after the designated times. Thank you!

Please properly dispose of your trash by sorting it into the correct bins. We recycle in Portland and trash pick up comes bi-weekly. When we don't sort our garbage, the trash bin fills up too quickly and we can get fined! Please help us minimize this problem by using the GRAY bin for your Trash: Use the BLUE bin for Recycling: Paper, cans, plastic bottles, cardboard. GREEN or Yard Debris bin for of your food waste (except meat/bones). Yellow small bin for glass bottles.

No animals at all, please. We love them, but not for this house.

Portland has an issue with ants. They are present year-round and can smell food from miles away. Please store all food of the counters in properly sealed containers or kept in the refrigerator to minimize their presence. Thanks!

No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the well-being of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!

We want our guests to enjoy their stay with no interruptions. We will stay out of your hair during your stay with us, unless you need something! If you ever have any questions, concerns, or requirements during your stay, never hesitate to ask! We will come running!

Excellent stay

This home was lovely. Spacious, clean, and two different outdoor areas to enjoy. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, shops, and breweries. Comfortable beds too.

A great home away from home

we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway! The house has wonderful old home charm with real wood floors and wonky closets! Our adult daughters even enjoyed the kids room/loft upstairs. Very charming setup.

Great house and location!

We come to Portland a couple times a year to visit with family and this house has been our favorite! Set in a great neighborhood, this house is very spacious and comfortable. It was walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. I totally recommend. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions.
