Benvenuto a Kennebunkport! La nostra casa confortevole attende i tuoi sogni di vacanza. Questa casa con quattro camere da letto e due bagni si trova a breve distanza dal centro di Kennebunkport e da tutte le sue offerte. La nostra casa si trova a metà strada tra Kennebunkport e Cape Porpoise. Uno spazio aperto soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo consente di grande intrattenimento. Casa dispone di una camera da letto al primo piano (letto full size), bagno completo e lavanderia. Il secondo piano ha una piccola area salotto, bagno completo e tre camere da letto supplementari (tre gemelli e una regina). Posti a sedere all'aperto e grill per il vostro divertimento!

La cucina è ben fornita con caffettiera, forno a microonde e pentole e padelle. Le unità AC sono su entrambi i livelli della casa e c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. La proprietà è fornita di lenzuola, asciugamani e teli da mare.

La nostra casa è a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Kennebunkport, che ha molti meravigliosi ristoranti, negozi e siti da vedere. La spiaggia di Colonia è a cinque minuti di auto e non richiede un pass per la spiaggia, Goose Rocks Beach è a dieci minuti in auto e si può ottenere un permesso di spiaggia presso il negozio in spiaggia per i mesi estivi e Kennebunk Beach è a cinque minuti con parcheggio a pagamento in estate.

Siamo a quaranta minuti da Portland, che offre ottime esperienze culinarie, musei, negozi e traghetti per le isole.

We had a great trip! Kathy (owner) was super helpful and friendly. The property was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean, well-equipped, quiet, and also within an easy walk/drive of lots of attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

Amazing place to stay. What a beautiful home in a great area close to downtown. Kathy was amazing and made you feel wlcomed and would make you feel like it was really your home. Kathy was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to visit and where to eat. If we needed anything she was there to help. The house is stocked with everything you would need. The bottle of wine Kathy left for us with a welcoming note was a great touch. Would stay here again!! Thank you kathy for a great vacation home.Michele and familu

Visit for Prelude!

We had a fantastic stay at this house- in a great location about 15 minute walk to town with sidewalks the whole way! The house was clean, charming and spacious and Kathy was the perfect host! Can’t wait to come back.

Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Charming, comfortable,and convenient

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! You do an exceptional job all the way around.

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Hosts

Great Vacation Home

All Around A+ Experience

Simply stated: a quintessential Maine getaway. From the moment we drove up, the home had an inviting New England cottage feel. This home far exceeds expectations, from the location ( short walk into town), to the condition ( excellent), to the hosts (welcoming ). We can’t wait to come back.

Loved our stay!

We had a great week in Kennebunkport! The house was a perfect layout for our group of 6, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The owners live right next door and were so good with communication. Whatever the question or need, they were quick to respond. My one comment is that the house is not an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. It is walkable, but took our group (ranging from kids to a grandparent) closer to 20 min. We ended up driving (or having one of us drop off/pick up) more often than not. But, we loved the quiet location, and the nearby playground was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area! Thank you Kathy and Buzzy for being such generous homeowners and making us feel so welcome.
