The apartment was wonderful. The location is really convenient to Old Port and as a location to all the places around Portland. The unit is fully stocked with anything you might need and the host is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and spacious first floor access apartment. Location had easy access via car or an uber to all parts of Portland.Beds were comfortable & accommodations were clean. Host was extremely responsive.

Spacious and inviting

The apartment is very spacious, clean and open and met our needs perfectly. Also convenient to Portland which was our main objective. The only drawback was the pitter/patter of little feet above, well into the night. Sweet, but annoying.

It’s really a gem!

This lovely 1890s home is adorably decorated. The rental includes all of the amenities one would need for a full stay, offering quality, linens, towels, and a array of kitchen, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and even a coffee bar. The property manager is an excellent communicator and checked on us several times during our stay to ensure we had everything that we needed. The host offers a lovely little welcome book that offers information about the area in local restaurants. The location is close to downtown Portland only a five or six minute drive away there’s ample on the street and off street parking. Would highly recommend this property if we find ourselves in Portland again we will definitely stay.

Portland neighborhood with easy access to everything

I booked this Portland VRBO for a planned trip to participate in the Maine Marathon/Half-Marathon in October, picking it because it was located close to the event start/finish line. Got so much more! Great walking trail (Back Cove) with views of Downtown Portland and close to grocery stores and coffee shops. Quiet neighborhood within a short drive to downtown Portland and the Old Port. The apartment had plenty of space, was comfortable and well done. Owners had thought about their guests comfort - I had everything I needed. I appreciated the parking available onsite since I had rented a car and didn't want to park on the street. Overall, my experience was great and I highly recommend this VRBO if you are traveling to Portland.

Double booked!

The owner called while we were driving to Portland to say the property was double booked. We couldn't find the property listed on VRBO a month before our reservation and the owner assured us that there were no issues with the reservation. This was our only summer vacation planned and it was almost ruined because of the property owner. If you are renting this property, you may want a backup plan.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Huge thank you to Dani and Sean for a great stay in Maine!! They made everything very easy and communicated the perfect amount to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment's location was perfect for us, it is roomy, bright, and spacious and was incredibly clean. Little touches like the welcome basket and checking in after we arrived were lovely. The beds are extra comfortable, and there were multiple pillows with a variety of firmness. 11/10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Staying in Portland

This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood too. However, we did not enjoy the Roku TV, and found the sidewalks and driveway treacherous with accumulated ice and snow. As we expected to wash our dishes, a dishpan or drain cover would have been helpful.

Beautiful home, super comfortable, great location

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, well-designed, and had everything we needed. The location was also great! We meandered our way into downtown Portland (we like to walk) and you can stop by great breakfast/coffee places along the way. We personally enjoyed The Holy Donut, Miss Portland Diner, and Two Fat Cats Cafe (the pie is amazing). Highly recommend this space to anyone coming to Portland!
