“I was EXHAUSTED and forgot my debit card in Newport because we had a family emergancy. I booked a room last minute for me and my kids. The General Manager, i believe his name was Hilmy, was excellent. He helped me get checked in even without my card. He also allowed us to check in early which really saved the day because the Portland heat wasnt helping with how tired we all were.
