The lack of available parking combined with the poor valet parking system means the parking is not only inconvenient, it a a bit of a rip off. Also for a hotel in such a coffee loving city, the coffee shop closed at 10:30AM meaning no options without leaving the property. Lastly the damage to the room in various ways was less than appealing and detracted from the overall experience.

This is the concert hotel for us! Moda Center just a few blocks away which makes it easy. Wish they wouldn't crush you on parking fees if you're staying there in the hotel. Only other downside is no microwaves in the rooms. Other than that its great! Clean rooms and friendly staff.

I have stayed at this property twice and would go back again. The staff are excellent! The property is clean, quiet and a very attractive hotel. It backs up to Denny's which has a lot of homeless wandering around. The hotel feels safe and secure, I did not feel safe walking around after dark.

The hotel is right next to the train tracks downtown. That is convenient in the day, but very loud at night. They try to accomodate by giving guests ear plugs and having thick windows, but anytime a car crosses over the tracks its loud. I love everything about this hotel except that its so loud you can't sleep at night, which unfortunately negates one of the biggest reasons to visit for me.

Everything is a cut above and very modern. A beautiful lobby, nice beds, window that opens, stream-lined, a drawer with small bags of ice, no loud ice machines, very classy

I did not like that the 5th floor room was under the 6th floor kitchen and could hear them starting their day at 4am.

We loved our stay. Obviously Portland is just an expensive place to be, other than that there is nothing to complain about! We love Hotel Eastlund.

This is my second time staying here and was not disappointed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, check in was easy and fast. Love the decoration of the hotel and the beds are amazing. Will definitely recommend.
