“We found this hotel to be wonderful. Great location in Portland. The check-in was easy with nice staff. The lobby is spacious but yet cozy with a nice wine / food bar. Our room was a corner room with city view and was exactly was we were looking for. Plus the pillows were perfecr. Highly recommend it. ”

“Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...
