IL LAGO DI NICEST A MAINE - SPIAGGIA PRIVATA - LUSSO!

Crescent Lake si trova nella splendida regione dei laghi Sebago e questa casa elegante e moderna si trova sulla desiderabile sponda settentrionale del lago. Questo lago più piccolo e più tranquillo è adatto a bambini di tutte le età. Goditi tutte le tue attività preferite in acqua dolce, pesca, canottaggio, sci nautico, tubi, kayak, ecc. (noleggio viene fornito con due kayak e una canoa!). Per gli amanti della natura è possibile pagaiare o guidare lungo il fiume Tenney, dove la fauna selvatica abbonda. Questo fiume collega Crescent Lake al più grande stagno di pantera. La vicinanza a Freeport e Portland offre una moltitudine di esperienze di shopping e ristoranti.

L'autunno è il nostro periodo preferito dell'anno sul lago; raccolta delle mele, hayrides e passeggiate nella natura. A pochi chilometri di distanza si trova la montagna di Rattlesnake, che offre ottime attività escursionistiche per famiglie. Nei mesi invernali siamo a breve distanza in auto da alcuni fantastici sci tra cui Shawnee Peak, Lost Valley e Sunday River. Motoslitta, pesca sul ghiaccio, pattinaggio e racchette da neve sono tutti disponibili alla porta di casa e tutte le attrazioni di Portland sono a soli 35 minuti!

Great property

We spent a week, for the second summer in a row, at this delightful place. The house is very comfortable with spaces to spread out or be together. The lakefront is large and beautiful, and there are kayaks, a canoe, and other good toys for enjoyment. The owner is very responsive. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can get ourselves across the country to Maine again.

We had an excellent couple days at this wonderful property. The views of the lake every morning and evening were spectacular. We enjoyed some yard games and quality time with a group of us that get together every year for a golf trip. Would highly recommend.

Great Winter Weekend Getaway

Fabulous spot for inter-generational family long weekend. Plenty of space, nicely cared for home, comfortable and inviting. Even in winter this lake house had lots to offer. We enjoyed board games, the game room and were surprised by the number of great local hikes and paths through the woods. Allowed for lots of outdoor time. Recommend if your looking for a nice getaway.

Wonderful vacation house

We were an extended family from all over the U.S. Nine of us (including two kids) stayed in the house, and several others stayed at an inn in Naples and joined us for daytime activities. Everyone had a great time. The variety of things to do at this house, and on lovely Crescent Lake, was perfect for us: kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, plus a pool table and ping pong table.

Great time for all

This is a great house with plenty of room for everyone. It has a big backyard for the kids and dogs to run around on and leads the beach. Only one neighbor that you really don't see so it feels like you're all alone. The house comes with all the toys for a great time, paddle boards, canoe, Kayaks and much more; no need to bring your own stuff to have fun. You will not regret renting this place.

Amazing home

This one was of the best rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing all around from a location, cleanliness and activities standpoint. This beautiful home has it all and we will be back for sure. Unforgettable Experience

Absolutely stunning home with amazing views and all the amenities you need for relaxing and enjoying the best that Maine has to offer. The grounds are gorgeous, the house is immaculate and the host was super responsive. Truly a gem! My husband and I held a small vow renewal ceremony for our family and close friends and it was absolutely perfect! We hope to be back again as it was the best VRBO experience we ever had. Emerald Cove, Crescent lake

Our vacation at Emerald Cove was outstanding. The house was perfect, plenty of room, great accommodations, the kitchen was really well stocked and the amenities for water sports on our private beach were more than we could have asked for. Our host,Matt, was extremely responsive to the few questions we had . We had a great time and the lake and the property were perfect.

Beautifully serene setting, very well stocked home with lots of ‘extras’, high quality furnishings and comfortable beds! Very clean. Homeowner was very responsive to our few inquiries. While I’d love to keep this hidden jewel we’ve discovered quiet, I have to highly recommend it!

Beautiful home and location!

We loved our stay at this wonderful lake house! We had two families with both small children and teens and everyone enjoyed themselves. The beach was great for the younger ones and the house was well stocked with paddle boards, canoes, kayaks and tubes for the older ones. The setting is quiet and the lake is beautiful. The house itself had plenty of space and was nicely furnished and had all the amenities. The game room was a big hit too. Highly recommend this property!

Great getaway spot

Fantastic property. The location and facilities were all we could have asked for. The kayaks, paddleboards and canoe were great and the kids used them constantly. Plenty of space indoors although we found we really didn't spend a lot of time inside. Not too far from Portland and Freeport, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend.
