Yes, unfortunately we have few ADA features. This is an older property, actually, the oldest motel/hotel in the area, and as such, we applied for, and were approved for, an exemption to the "regular" ADA standards. The reason being that remodeling & reconfiguring all parts of the property would be cost prohibitive & we could not operate. You will see very old buildings which were built decades before the US Congress passed the Americans with Disabilities Act from time to time...........and this property is one of those old architecture properties. We're sorry that you're disappointed with your stay with us.

that's not true. I'm the one who worked the front desk when you arrived. I told you we accept DL's AND State ID's AND any other state or federal govt issued photo ID. I did not tell you that we cannot accept your passport. But, yes, I did tell you we need a credit card for the deposit for you to check in. The debit card you used in your reservation was no good, it was DECLINED when we tried to see if it would be approved, or not, for the room deposit, and it was DECLINED before you arrived at the property

we're sorry that we didn't meet your high expectations. perhaps they can be met at a full service hotel like Marriott or Hilton or Hyatt Regency. Remember that those hotels also charge about 3-5 times what we charge as we are the lowest priced budget motel within 20 miles of Wilsonville, Oregon, USA! Good Luck!

Snooz released the deposit the same day that you checked out. Please check with your bank about when they will make that available to you. Although Canada banks release their depositor's funds on authorization holds within minutes after a business releases the money, in the USA most banks take anywhere from a few hours up to 10 days to make the monies available to their accountholder/depositor!
