Pensione a due piani nelle vicinanze. Vista est. Bagno completo e mezzo. Lavasciuga. Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e TV via cavo con DVR. Balcone rivolto a est. Lavastoviglie. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Pompa di calore silenziosa. Negozi e ristoranti (di classe mondiale) a pochi passi. Grande ponte ad uso degli ospiti. Facile accesso al centro tramite linee di autobus o auto. Piccola cucina completa. Il nostro divano pieghevole American Standard si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale di alta qualità e c'è un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo nel singolo Master BDRM. Il ponte ha una griglia per i mesi estivi.

La casa è privata e l'interazione è minima a meno che non sia necessaria assistenza. Siamo disponibili per consigli su luoghi da visitare, mangiare, kayak.

Ci sono due televisori, uno al piano superiore e uno al piano inferiore ed entrambi hanno DVR

Overall, very pleased with accuracy of listing, comfort and amenities in property. Wi-Fi was great even with two teens, multiple TVs and devices going at once. 99% of the property was spotless, but the shower had a lot of mildew buildup and looked like the cleaning crew forgot to clean it. Given the state of the rest of the property, I think it was just an oversight, but I did end up cleaning it before we used it. Communication took a couple tries initially, but then was great.

This cottage is cozy and clean . Lovely neighborhood, very quiet.Easy check in and out.Host is responsive in a timely manner to questions . Close to groceries and restaurants…(host was very helpful with suggestions) We are happy to have found this gem. - we will be back.

The property was as represented - clean, fresh, newish and private. Its a separate 2 story building tucked behind a neighborhood house in a quiet area. We hope to stay again next time we're in Portland.

This is a very nice, new and clean property. There is a patio for family style get together and a balcony off the second floor bedroom. I recommend this rental to anyone visiting Portland.

I stayed here with my two kids 5 and 4 for 5 nights. The cottage is a new construction with modern appliances and tastefully furnished. Our needs were met by the cottage. Jay and his wife were nice and friendly host. We will definitely come here when we are in Portland.

The property was the perfect size for our week long stay in Portland. The kitchen had the basics that we needed, and the layout of the vrbo gave us space to work remotely for the first two days of our trip. The house was located walking distance from SE Division Street, where we frequented local restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the location of the vrbo because we were able to explore Downtown and other areas of the city, all within max 13 minute drive. Location and area were great. We really enjoyed our stay, and Sabin and Jay were very communicative and have curated a wonderful get away.

This property is the perfect place for a couple of adults to take an extended vacation in Portland. My wife and I stayed here for a month and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The house is very comfortable and completely separate from the main residence, with a nice deck and grill for entertaining or just lounging. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful with tips on nearby hiking destinations, while also giving us privacy during our stay. We'd definitely stay there again on future trips to Portland..

We enjoyed our stay and found it roomy enough for 2 adults for 2 weeks. Nice that it’s relatively new. Shower is awesome. Bedroom furniture is nice. We cannot give this rental 5 stars mainly because the yard and deck have been neglected and provide a rather depressing view. If weeds were pulled, dead plants removed, and worn out rugs removed, it could be nice.
