“The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The weather was cold, windy and wet when we were there and it took a while to get the cottage warm and cosy. Close to Lanhydrock and Bodmin Moor, Tintagel and Padstow not far away, so a nice place to have as a base for mid Cornwall”

“Our stay at Greenbank farm was nothing short of perfect. The location was great, nice and quiet with plenty to do within a short drive. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. It really was like home from home and fully equipped with all you would need. “Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers.”
