“I reserved this property days in advance. The morning of check in i kept messaging and calling for an address and no one replied. Hours after check in time someone called me back to say the property wasn't available. I was left stranded with no place to stay. ”

The AC in the bedrooms worked great, there was enough seating in the kitchen for us all to sit together for meals, we had a drain issue and Robert responded immediately. He also arrived shortly later to fix the issue. My kids loved how close we were to the beach and that they didnt have to share a bed! We have already booked another stay with Robert. ”
