Hotel vicino a Porto di Jeongok - Hwaseong

“Very nice and private stay, nice and calm Island. Breakfast at weekend was good.”

“Hotel Is pretty nice, there are beautiful gym, swimming pool and sauna. Rooms are comfortable and clean.Staff very gentle and ready to help. Breakfast is not buffet cause of covid , of course, but very overpriced in my opinion, maybe are the standards of the city.”

“A good place to stay!”

“It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved.”
