Bed was nice and soft and let's not forget the a/c was great (be sure to set it on low as your throat will hurt in the morning otherwise due to lack of humidity),the beds felt almost like home and the room design was very up to date, USB plug sockets etc. During my time in the hotel the staff were very helpful...

The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.”
