Palazzo ristrutturato e ben arredato. Cucina fornita di tutto. Pulizie giornaliere accurate. Personale gentilissimo . Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e a 2 supermercati, pasticcerie , centro commerciale, insomma ottimo !

Appartamento bello e grade in posizione strategica
Arredamento bellissimo, pulito e curato. Si può cucinare - nel caso non si voglia mangiare in giro - e c'è tanto spazio per rilassarsi. Bagno e camera carinissimi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo quando ci ha accolto e ci ha dato indicazioni utilissime. Si possono lasciare comodamente le valigie in un armadietto all'ingresso chiuso a chiave il giorno di partenza per godersi fino all'ultimo minuto la città. In pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro, il lungo fiume, Se, il ponte Luis I, la torre de Clerigos, due diverse fermate della metro.

Excelente!
O apartamento é ótimo, extremamente limpo e possui grandes janelas que deixam entrar bastante luz - o que eu adoro. O chuveiro é excelente e o apartamento muito bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha. O secador de cabelo é bastante potente. A Joana foi amável e prestativa. Apesar da localização ser ótima (perto de todas as atrações que eu quis visitar e a poucas quadras de bons restaurantes), eu não me senti completamente segura à noite. Recomendo que uma mulher sozinha fique do outro lado da Praça da Liberdade.

Buena ubicación, y relación calidad precio está bien. Limpieza y atención excelente. Para mejorar, es pequeño y el baño aún más y la climatización, la máquina hace un ruido horrible pegado a la cama, difícil de descansar cuando está encendido.

This place is brilliant. Perfect location, the centre for everything. It’s modern, spacious and clean. The real highlight is Joana who sat with us and gave us great advice for what to do in the city. We loved our stay.

숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 중심가에 위치해있고 볼량시장과 매우 가깝습니다. 숙소도 분위기 있고 고풍스러운 느낌입니다. 호스트도 너무 친절했고 특히 무료로 통화가되는 폰을 주어 편리했습니다. 하지만 집에 개미가 있어, 밖에 나갈 때 음식물 보관에 주의해야했습니다. (무는 개미는 아니라서 많이 신경쓰이지는 않았습니다.) 개미만 아니라면, 청결도도 매우 훌륭했습니다.

Great, central apart-hotel - recommend
Lovely bright clean modern little hotel room/apartment right in the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful check-in, and a great left luggage locker service if you need to leave your bags after you check out. We stayed in the small apartment and it had a nice bright bedroom with plenty storage, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and air con. This leads on to a small modern kitchen area which has the basics you need for two people (plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups, puts and pans, bottle opener, etc.) - we were only there for one night but could easily imagine spending a week there and cooking sometimes. The bathroom was also clean and modern and bright with soap and shower gel/shampoo provided. The apartment had high ceilings and big windows which let in a lot of light and had beautiful old wooden shutters for when you needed the shut it out. The lovely old building is very central for visiting and shopping and right beside Bolhao metro which goes to the bus & train stations and airport and pretty much everywhere else. You are provided with a Portuguese mobile which is loaded with apps and info for getting around and finding things to do and 30 minutes calling credit. There are two little supermarkets either side of the apartment for supplies. There was some noise if people were coming up and down the wooden stairs or cleaning in the morning, but overall it was very quiet & I slept well without earplugs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location is perfect if you can climb stairs!
Pros: - outstanding location walking distance to shopping and restaurants with convenience of kitchenette and clothes washer, -friendly and helpful staff. Cons: - steep flight of dimly lit stairs to 3rd floor apartment unit (especially if you have large, heavy suitcases) - major reconstruction of old market immediately across the street means noise and dust except Sundays, probably until 2020

Rummet var väldigt litet, med tanke på att "lägenhet". Mycket lyhört, allt som föregick ute i korridoren hördes in, och omvänt föreställer jag mig. Dessutom spelade en butik, våningen under, musik hela dagarna och musiken gick direkt in i vår lägenhet. Nödutgången via ett fönster ut på ett intilliggande tak var låst med hänglås. Om vi hade behövt komma ut skulle det vara omöjligt. Porto bjöd på en väldigt fin upplevelse i övrigt.

Perfect location and perfect service!
The hotel is located in a center of Porto. It is 2 minutes walking distance of a main train station and a minute from another one. City center is only three minutes away. I stayed at one bed room suit and it has everything, including a complete kitchen and a washing machine. Two grocery stores are on the same block! I was given a cell phone that includes all apps for Porto and more. I could brows the web without my own phone that I did not have international roaming service. I will stay at the hotel next time for sure.

Spacious apartment style room in great location
This apartment was great. We had heaps of room for the 2 of us. The washing machine was handy. And the location was very central. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

This is a very nice property for long stays. The location is very convenient with Bolhao Metro station within a block, 2 supermarkets (1 opened until 9 pm and the other until 11 pm daily) right downstairs, and several good restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Our suite is very modernly reformed and spacious with a lot of storage space. Ours had a small in-unit laundry machine (but no dryer, just a foldable hanger) which is very helpful. Clothes dry fairly quickly indoor with air conditioning on. We stayed there for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. The host, Joanna, was really nice. The portable air conditioning works surprisingly well in 90+ hot days. The free cell phone is really a big plus and very helpful for navigating through the city and finding restaurants. Minor noise from the street at night occasionally but not a problem unless you are very sensitive. One thing to keep in mind is that the electricity per unit is limited so no surprise if the power jumper goes off when both air conditioning and laundry machine are running together. Simply push a button on the circuit board in the closet near the door and you will get the power back. We will be back!

Beautiful apartment, well located in Porto, close to restaurants and shopping and markets. It is walking distance to the port, 20 minutes. Apartment had complete facilities, old and beautiful building, well renovated and decorated. It had everything we needed. Owner supplied a local cell phone for our use in the city for restaurants, google map and other apps. It is a busy street with no parking. We were able to park close by at the La Vie market for 10 euros a day. I would highly recommend.

It was perfect, from communicating with Joana before we arrived, to Paola and Duarte greeting us upon arrival and answering every question we had. Such warm friendly people and a great apartment - we're going back to Porto and will be staying there again.

City apartment, full of character with quirky addi
If this apartment could be better soundproofed, it would be perfect for a stay in Porto. The location was great with easy access to the Metro and good local shops and restaurants. We loved the interior of this well equipped, attractive property. We had a very friendly, helpful greeting and everything was done to make our stay memorable. However, despite everything, our lasting memory will be lack of sleep due to street noise and traffic noise throughout the night, every night. If you choose to stay here, bring ear plugs.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Very delightful location!
Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und modern gestaltet, mit Küche, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine etc. Johanna und Paula sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Da aktuell gegenüber der Markt renoviert wird ist es auch ruhig. Kleine Supermärkte und sehr gute Cafe´s fürs Frühstück sind im Umkreis von 100 Meter zu erreichen. Man erhält ein Handy mit dem man 40 Minuten / Tag international telefonieren kann bzw. auch Routen für die Stadt suchen planen. Es ist zwar niemand rund um die Uhr da aber ist auch nicht unbedingt notwendig wenn man langfristig plant, bzw. zu Anfang fragt. Einen Abend hat sich die Haustür nicht öffnen lassen aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten war Hilfe vor Ort.

We would recommend this place
The apt was nice and clean, there is a washing machine which was great as we had been traveling for 2 weeks before coming to Porto. We also were given a smart phone to use during our stay. The apt facing East so ur was very bright in early morning bKing it hard to sleep in, Installing some drapes would help solve this issue. They only provided 4 coffee pods regardless how long you stay, other hotels replenish daily- it is a small thing, but does make a difference. The ladies who met us with the keys were very helpful and nice.

Tout était très bien. - propreté, tranquilité, très gentille personne à la réception, bon lit. Peut-être mettre un poêlon anti-adhésif Le wifi était un peu difficile à atteindre mais stable lorsqu'atteint.

Meget god kommunikasjon og informasjon før innsjekking. Oppfølging, og overtagele av leiligheten var informativ og god. Vi opplevde hele oppholdet og beliggenheten som meget god for oss. Kort og lett adkomst til butikker, marked, gågate, restauranter og en fremragende, anbefalt frokost-kafe. Wifi var bra. Du må tåle trafikkstøy, om du ønsker åpne vinduer og dører til fransk balkong. Men det er aircondition.

Top Lage und top konfort
Stadtzentrum - unterkunft mit allem drum und dran gute klein eingerichtete küche mit kühlschrank kaffeemaschine wasserkocher etc. - freundlicher empfang sehr sauber es hat uns sehr gefallen - zu beachten kein lift steile treppe

Maravilhosa recepção e lugar adorável!
Eu não poderia deixar de falar o quanto fomos bem recebidos pelo pessoal deste hotel. A Joana e a moça da limpeza que não lembro o nome. Também o Duarte que primeiro nos atendeu. Não tenho palavras. O lugar é uma delícia, super agradável nos detalhes, cozinha gostosinha, tudo muito bom. E o atendimento deles, sem dúvida o melhor que recebi. Fez toda a diferença. Respostas rápidas e uma gentileza sem fim. Maravilhoso. Recomendo muito!!! Saudades. Quando voltarmos ao Porto certamente ficarei aí de novo!

Sehr schönes Appartment inmitten der Altstadt.
Wir hatten das Deluxe Appartement. Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit zwei Doppelschlafmöglichkeiten mit Blick auf die historische Markthalle. Super Lage inmitten des Zentrums von Porto. Alles in Lauf Nähe erreichen. Das Zimmer war super sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Ganz entzückendes Personal. Sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wurden von einem Mitarbeiter empfangen, der uns viele Tipps gegeben hat. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollten nachts die Fenster schließen und event Ohrstöpsel benutzen, da es nachts etwas laut ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Excelente localização
Apartamento situado no centro da cidade, em uma excelente localização, apresentando instalações limpas e adequadas para um casal com filho. Por se tratar de um edifício sem elevador, hóspedes com mala terão o desconforto de subir muitos degraus carregando a mala até chegar ao apartamento. Rede elétrica não é dimensionada adequadamente o que ocasiona desarmes constantes quando são utilizados aparelhos elétricos em conjunto com o aquecedor do apartamento.

Muito obrigada pelo seu comentário. Foi um prazer receber-vos. Lamentamos o sucedido com a parte electrica. Informamos porém que a potência da rede electrica é definida de acordo com a área dos mesmos, de acordo com a legislação portuguesa em vigor. Não nos é permitido aumentar esta potência devido a esse imperativo legal. Naturalmente, lamentamos o incómodo causado e lamentamos não ter meios para o solucionar.

Prima appartement op een goede locatie, veel leuke restaurantjes en koffiehuisjes in de omgeving, op loopafstand van de Douro waar langs je heerlijk kunt wandelen en fietsen.
