The Space

Edifício Terracotta is a newly built residential development (2024), recognised for its organic finishes, garden integration, and a design language that blends minimalism with identity. The entrance area was conceived as an extension of the living experience, with curated common spaces, greenery, and unexpected design touches.

As you enter, the kitchen acts as the heart of the home. Modern and fully equipped, it includes:
– 4-burner electric cooktop
– Oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle
– Dishwasher and washing/dryer machine

A peninsula separates the kitchen from the living room, offering a functional dining area. The lounge is bright and airy, with a sofa and TV, and has direct access to the balcony.

The balcony extends from the living room to the bedroom, overlooking the building’s internal garden, perfect for a morning coffee in the sun or a quiet evening wind-down.

– Suite
The bedroom is warm and inviting, with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. Also with access to the balcony, it offers a peaceful setting for rest and relaxation.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
