The flat, newly renovated, is located in the 5th floor with elevator. It’s a perfect place for a couple or solo travelers. Everything in the studio was thought with attention to detail and high quality to make your experience as comfortable and unforgettable as possible!

The apartment has a comfortable double bed.

￫ Living Area
The living area has a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a working desk.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower column with massage jets.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with with microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment's area is central and located in walking distance to some touristic sights. The building is a 5-minute walk from Casa da Música, the city's main concert hall. Designed for the European Capital of Culture event in 2001, it has become an iconic building. Nearby Mercado do Bom Sucesso is an old market turned into a food hall. The apartment's area also has some luxury stores, trendy coffee shops and amazing restaurants.

If you are traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options to got to the property.

￫ Metro
The metro station (Casa da Música) is just 500 meters from the apartment.

→ Car
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
