- The property has a zero-tolerance smoking policy. In case of a charge, a minimum fee of R$ 200 may apply.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of your stay is provided.



- For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer extra towels free of charge.



- For stays of 10 nights or more, we offer interim cleaning, linen replacement, towels, and complimentary amenities.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra linen, or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be done by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese law.
