With two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and private garage parking, it works particularly well for couples, small families or two couples travelling together.

Living & Dining Area:

The bright living area is designed for relaxed moments after a day at the beach or exploring Porto and Gaia. Large glazed windows bring in plenty of natural light and frame views towards the sea, while the terrace provides an inviting outdoor extension of the space.

The living room includes a sofa,smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. Also features an extendable dining table that can comfortably seat up to 4 people, making it ideal for enjoying meals together.

Terrace & Outdoor Space:

The terrace is one of the apartment's highlights, offering sea views and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning, unwind after a day by the coast or simply take in the surroundings.

The bedrooms also have access to the terrace, creating a pleasant connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home.

It includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace. The room also includes air conditioning, TV and wardrobe space.

The suite has its own private bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is located in Lavadores, Canidelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, a coastal area known for its beaches and seaside setting.

The nearby coastline offers opportunities for relaxed beach days and walks along the waterfront. The area around Rua Adosinda de Jesus Anes is close to the seafront promenade and cycle/pedestrian routes, with Lavadores Beach only a short walk away.

Praia de Lavadores is approximately 450 m from the apartment, while Praia das Pedras Amarelas is around 1.1 km away.

For guests who want to explore Porto, attractions such as Livraria Lello and the Cais da Ribeira are approximately 9 km away, making the apartment a good option for combining a coastal stay with city sightseeing.

Public transport options in the area are limited:

* Bus stop at Praia de Lavadores, approximately 5 minutes on foot
* Coimbrões Train Station, approximately 3.7 km away

For greater convenience, whether visiting the beaches, exploring Vila Nova de Gaia or travelling to Porto, a car is recommended. The apartment includes a private garage box, providing both practicality and security.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of EUR25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding EUR150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
