The apartment is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, on Rua Dr. António Granjo, in a peaceful residential area close to the Douro River and just minutes from Porto’s historic center. From here, you can easily reach some of Gaia’s most iconic attractions, including the famous Port wine cellars, the riverside promenade and the scenic viewpoints overlooking Porto and the Douro.

The neighborhood combines the comfort of residential living with excellent access to the city. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and local shops are all nearby, making everyday life practical and convenient during your stay. The nearby Gaia waterfront is ideal for riverside walks, while Porto’s Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge are only a short drive or metro ride away.

For those looking to explore beyond the city, Gaia’s beaches and Atlantic coastline are also easily accessible by car, offering the perfect balance between urban convenience and seaside relaxation.

Public transport options are available in the surrounding area, although access is more convenient with a combination of short walks and nearby connections:

* Santo Ovídio metro station (D line), one of the main transport hubs in Gaia, reachable by a short bus ride or drive
* João de Deus / general central Gaia metro access points, also easily accessible within a few minutes by car or public transport

For quick and flexible travel, whether heading to Porto’s city centre, exploring Vila Nova de Gaia or reaching the riverside areas, using a car is recommended. The apartment includes a private garage space, ensuring both convenience and secure parking throughout your stay.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
