Veramente ottimo!
Posto bellissimo, curato, nel cuore della città, stanza pulita e comoda. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e i consigli possibili. La cucina è piccola ma fornita di tutto l'occorrente, il frigo era pieno di bevande, alcune cose erano offerte dalla struttura, altre a pagamento ma a prezzi veramente accessibili. Lo consiglio a tutti e spero di ritornarci!

Ein wunderbares Studio mitten in der Stadt. Perfekte Lage. Nachts ist es allerdings laut. Die Decken nicht isoliert, sodass man jeden Schritt hört.

Recomendadíssimo!
Foi tudo IN-CRÍ-VEL! Desde a recepção, com vinho do Porto e a simpatia do anfitrião João, até as dicas e a atenção de Bruno, que chegou a levar uns doces típicos portugueses para alegrar o aniversário de uma amiga hospedada. O loft é muito prático, amplo, bem decorado, possui uma localização perfeita. Impossível não ter nota 10.

Had an excellent stay, the check in was super friendly and easy, the room had everything we needed and more. Oh, and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Superb stay in Ribeira
Our stay in Studio 1 at ExtendAll was amazing. Bruno, the host contacted us prior to arriving, even making us feel welcome before we even set foot in the apartment. He met us in the morning and gave us an overview of the main sightseeing highlights in Porto, as well as answering all our queries during our five-stay day. The studio apartment is superb, equipped with all the modern cons and situated right in the middle of all the action taking place in the Ribeira district. The Sao Bento train and metro stations are within walking distance. ExtendAll comes as highly recommended....

Me gustó, principalmente que tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Hemos encontrado una habitación muy espaciosa y con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. El personal es entrañable. Y la ubicación es fantástica. Será a partir de ahora nuestro sitio en Oporto.

Beautiful and huge room - but beware the noise!
The room we stayed in was fantastic - absolutely massive with a large and super comfortable bed. Because the hotel was designed by architects it had a reall great feel to it, with unique features throughout. The bathroom was also really big with a powerful walk-in shower and the kitchen area was perfect for our needs. Our welcome was lovely with Port and chocolate on arrival. The only downside was the noise - there is currently a building site next door and banging started as early as 7:45 in the week. Similarly, the floors inside the hotel are wooden so noise really travels. On the last day of our stay there was banging from the room above us from 9-11am solid as the cleaners rearranged the room and it honestly felt like a herd of elephants, even with ear plugs in. If you plan on getting up early this wouldn't be a problem whatsoever, but if you're planning on a relaxing lie-in you might be disappointed.

Thank you for you feedback. Extendall is an old building refurbished. The buildings in the World Heritage area, have to respect the tradicional materials and construction techniques. That's why we have wood floors with wood structure, and wood windows. We do improvements every year to solve the problems reported by our guests. The neighbourhood is quite quiet, but the stone pavement make us feal the cars passing. That's why we have interior doors with cork. To decrease the exterior noise. Hope you return some day! Perfecte locatie!
Het appartement ligt perfect gelegen in de stad. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op korte loopafstand. We werden warm ontvangen door de gastheer en kregen meer uitleg over het design van de twee appartementen en de loft. De appartementen schoon, slim ingedeeld en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extendall is zeker een aanrader voor jong en oud!

This appartment is well worth a visit A+++
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this appartment. The building was very old & full of character. Bruno, the owner is an architect & it really showed in the internal decoration. The apartment was spacious, very well equiped & airey. All amenities were modern & good quality - with every kitchen untencil you could require, plus crockery, coffe machine, microwave & even a washing machine (including washing liquid). The area was beautiful, 'very' steep cobbled streets & amazing restaurants on your doorsteps. We would definitely stay here again. My only thoughs are if you are not able to walk well Porto might be a bit too steep for you - many hills & steps. Porto is well worth a visit.......& don't forget the local Port & wines!

Wonderful stay in Porto
I stayed in the studio with two friends. It was wonderful! We were greeted with a local port tasting and a map with highlights from the neighborhood and greater city area! The studio is beautiful and the views are amazing! I highly recommend staying here!

nice apartment near historic sites
was greeted by Joao on arrival was given all the info on room etc also advice on where to go, restaurants and historic sites lots of cafes bars shops. just turn left on leaving apart and a few doors away is a very good restaurant Tasca Caseira great food friendly owners open till late also carry on two minutes on left is a grocery shop sell everything you need Sandra is very helpful open till 7 pm, had a great time in Porto.

Hemos pasado cuatro días en familia como en casa. El loft era amplio, limpio, cómodo y con muchos detalles en la cocina y a la llegada. El diseño del edificio y muebles muy original, realizado por los dueños. Sin duda recomendaremos Extendall a todos.

Personal Porto
Great location close to all the sights but just far enough away to feel really local. Fantastic food and drinks at a good price. Bruno our host and a local chap renovated and designed the whole building from the stairs to all the furniture. All very individual and smart not to mention practical. A very warm welcome from Bruno and even a bunch of roses for my wife. All in all a fantastic place and good value. Local guides on trips showed excellent knowlage and passion for Porto and its culture. Would recommend a walking port tour and a Grahams port tasting. Bike hire is a great way to get around too.

Nice hotel & tranquility
Benoit explained us everything we needed to see in Porto at the beginning, with a little glass of Porto & chocolate. The room was very clean, there was everything we needed to have in a room. Plus, the hotel is very charming, with old stone in the wall around the windows. The bathroom is also very convenient with a large shower. In the Kitchen, there was some rice & pasta (no need to go buy foods the first day). I highly recommend this hotel.

Accueil super chaleureux avec petites surprises à la clé. Très propre, hyper fonctionnel, très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût, beaucoup de rangement disponible, salle de bain superbe. Légèrement bruyant pour les chambres donnant sur la rue sinon rue assez calme dans l'ensemble.Je recommande fortement cet endroit à Porto assez accessible du métro, mais attention aux rue en montée et en pente !!
