Upon entering this modern apartment, guests are greeted by a contemporary living room adorned with stylish art pieces. The space is designed for comfort, offering a plush sofa and a leather accent chair, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city.

The open-plan kitchen boasts sleek white cabinetry and integrated appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Ideal for culinary enthusiasts, it provides all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing meals. The dining area seamlessly connects with the kitchen, fostering a sociable atmosphere.

The bedroom, a haven of tranquillity, features a queen-sized bed and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Ample storage is provided by built-in wardrobes, while bedside tables with reading lamps add a touch of convenience.

The bathroom includes a beautiful glass-enclosed shower and bidet, ensuring a refreshing start to your day.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, the apartment offers a vibrant mix of local culture and modern conveniences. Nearby attractions include the world-renowned Port wine cellars and the scenic Douro River. The area is rich in cafes, restaurants, and shopping venues, providing a lively urban experience.

The apartment is conveniently situated near public transport options. The General Torres metro station, just a short walk away, offers direct access to Porto's city center. Additionally, local bus services provide efficient connectivity to surrounding areas.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.


We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
