This double room with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with city views is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking to explore Porto.

The space is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a handy wardrobe to keep your belongings organised and a private terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the city views. The room does not have a TV!

To make your stay even more comfortable, you have access to the shared living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen with utensils for quick everyday meals, a dining table, a sofa and a TV to relax at the end of the day. The living area is shared with the remaining 6 rooms in the building.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The room is on the 2nd floor and access is exclusively by stairs.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The energy in this area is serene, family-friendly and welcoming — ideal for those seeking a quiet and safe retreat after a full day of exploration. Just a short walk away, you'll find Quinta do Covelo, a beautiful 8-hectare wooded park perfect for morning walks, exercise or a relaxing moment in nature. Surrounded by local cafés, traditional bakeries, supermarkets and small shops, you'll have the opportunity to experience daily city life like a true local.

Its strategic location allows you to enjoy all the magic of Porto's city centre in just minutes! With an excellent bus network at your door and the Marquês or Salgueiros metro stations nearby, a short trip separates you from the bustling streets of the city centre. You'll quickly find yourself strolling down the grand Avenida dos Aliados, exploring the famous Galerias de Paris, climbing the iconic Torre dos Clérigos or heading down to the lively Praça da Ribeira to enjoy a glass of Port wine overlooking the Douro river and the D. Luís I Bridge.

Beyond experiencing the essence of the "Invicta City", this location is an excellent base for those wishing to explore the greatest tourist gems of the Northern region. Quick and easy access to the main roads (VCI and motorways) allows you to plan unforgettable getaways: in just a few minutes you can reach the vast beaches and famous seafood restaurants of Matosinhos. On a short drive or train ride, you can travel back in time to the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães, marvel at the architectural splendour and sanctuaries of Braga, ride the traditional moliceiros in Aveiro (the "Venice of Portugal") or set off to discover the breathtaking wine landscapes of the Douro Valley (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is the perfect starting point combining tranquillity, culture, gastronomy and convenience!

The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to Porto city centre and Baixa. The nearest metro station is Combatentes or IPO (Yellow Line), approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

By car, Porto city centre is just 10 to 15 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for travel within the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes by car.

Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information about the check-in process.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair utilities usage policy will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
