Located in the Campo 24 de Agosto area, a 14-minute walk from the Coliseu do Porto, this apartment is part of a charming building, completely renovated in 2020. The T1 apartment is on the second floor of a building with two elevators. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet, blanket and bedside table.

In the entrance hall there is a spacious closet, the living room has a dining table, a double sofa bed, a TV cabinet, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils and assorted crockery. , oven, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, among others.

In addition to the excellent outdoor common areas, you can count on a private balcony with outdoor furniture and wooden deck floors, where you can enjoy breakfast and other meals, or just relax after a day of exploring the city.
