The Space:

The apartment offers one bedroom with a double bed, perfect for couples or solo guests. The mezzanine has two single bedrooms, ideal for accommodating friends or family. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The full bathroom offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, an elevator, Wi-Fi, and a TV.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is at your disposal! Enjoy all the spaces, including the bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown Porto, this apartment offers easy access to everything the city has to offer. The city center is just steps away, ideal for exploring on foot. Avenida dos Aliados, with its impressive architecture, is a short walk from the property. Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Ribeira, on the banks of the Douro River, and discover a variety of restaurants and bars. Rua de Santa Catarina, the city's main shopping street, is only a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find numerous shops. For art lovers, Rua Miguel Bombarda, with its galleries, is a great option. Nearby, you'll find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is strategically located, with easy access to a wide public transport network. The nearest metro station is a few minutes' walk away, providing quick connections to various points in the city, including the historic center and the riverside area. For those traveling by car, parking is available nearby, with options for street parking and paid car parks. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 15-20 minutes away by car or 30-40 minutes by public transport, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of a violation of this rule (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention required) – price upon request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the extra.



The tenant is required to allow the host's collaborator to enter the property for inspections, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
