The Space:

The open-plan apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, and the bathroom has all the essential amenities. For added comfort, the apartment features an elevator, air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and outdoor area. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more. The apartment is located at R. da Sra. da Luz 135, 4150-196 Porto, Portugal, near the beach and with street views.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant Foz do Douro, a seaside neighborhood with golden sandy beaches like Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, just steps from your apartment. Delight in the variety of restaurants offering everything from traditional Portuguese cuisine to international dishes. Explore the Mercado da Foz, a meeting point for local produce and delicacies. The area is also known for its sophisticated boutiques and art galleries. Enjoy strolls along the waterfront, a short walk away, where you can walk, cycle, or simply relax on a terrace overlooking the sea. To explore Porto's historic center, Baixa, is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including the 500 bus line a one-minute walk away. The airport is a 15-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is well connected to the public transport network. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
