Welcome to your Porto base in Bonfim. This compact loft combines a practical living area, an equipped kitchenette and a double bedroom on a mezzanine, making it a convenient choice for couples who want to explore the city and return to an independent space at the end of the day.

The apartment is arranged across two levels, with the living area and kitchen downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that access to the bedroom requires using internal stairs.

Living Area:

A functional space to relax after a day exploring Porto, with a sofa, Smart TV and dining table that can also serve as a convenient spot for a laptop. Air conditioning is available, subject to confirmation that it is fully operational.

Kitchenette:

Prepare simple meals during your stay with the kitchenette's cooking facilities and appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Mezzanine Bedroom:

The double bedroom is set on the upper level and includes a wardrobe for storing your belongings. Its mezzanine layout makes practical use of the apartment's space, but the internal stairs may be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those uncomfortable with steep steps.

Bathroom:

The apartment includes an indoor bathroom with a shower.

Situated on Rua de Santos Pousada in Bonfim, the apartment offers a convenient base for discovering Porto's neighbourhoods, cafés and city attractions. Metro and bus stops are within walking distance.

Good to Know:

- The apartment is arranged over two levels, with internal stairs leading to the mezzanine bedroom. The stairs may be steep or narrow, so please consider this when booking.
- The bedroom is an interior space, and the apartment receives limited direct natural light.
- The apartment has an independent entrance, as indicated in the current listing.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Bus Stops:

Bus stop on Rua de Santos Pousada: Just a 2-3 minute walk (200 m). Several bus lines pass through this area, offering easy access to downtown Porto and other districts.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. To maintain the harmony of the building, we kindly ask that you avoid using drying racks in the back gardens or on the front-facing balconies.
