Please note that the mezzanine is accessed by stairs inside the apartment and is open to the living area below, so it offers a loft-style sleeping experience rather than a fully enclosed bedroom.

Bathrooms:

The apartment includes one bathroom with shower and an additional guest WC, offering extra convenience during the stay, especially for couples, remote workers or guests staying for more than a few nights.

Shared Garden:

Guests also have access to the building’s small shared garden/backyard, a pleasant common outdoor area shared with the other apartments in the building. It is not private, but it adds a welcome outdoor touch to the stay.

￫ Self-Catering Accommodation
The accommodation operates on a self-catering basis. A few basic items are provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the final cleaning after check-out. During the stay, additional cleaning services or changes of bed linen and towels can be requested at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-ins after 10:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of €25. A set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of key loss, an additional penalty may also apply.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Extended Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these conditions.
