Siamo stati in vacanza per due notti. Due stanze. Molto belle, pulite, materassi e cuscini confortevoli, dotate di macchinetta per caffè, tè e acqua a disposizione gratuitamente. Ben insonorizzate. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto con un assaggio di Porto locale. Alla reception personale giovane ma ben addestrato. La chicca è stata che ci hanno dato un telefono da poter utilizzare tranquillamente per chiamare, per navigare, per collegarci a internet, tutto gratuitamente. Che dire: meglio di così!!! Super soddisfatti.

Hotel Bistrò fantastico
Hotel bellissimo, camere silenziose, pulite e spaziose. Il ristorante e il bistrò hanno un livello qualitativo eccellente, tutto il personale parla perfettamente inglese ed è davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente per visitare la città.

The hotel is very nice and artsy , the staff is so nice . Welcoming from your arrival as they have the Porto wine on reception , all the staff is just always there to help with anything you may need .

A very deceiving entrance, looks like a very average hotel in a quiet back street. But rooms are a very good size, staff very helpful and a good breakfast. A very good boutique hotel & convenient to walk to the historic centre, in a quiet location. What let the hotel down was a very slow check in, had to wait 25minutes, however staff were very polite & very helpful in recommending sites & key places to visit in Porto

This is a beautiful, artsy boutique hotel in Porto! The building was converted from old art school and is full of artworks from previous students! It is stylistic and comfortable, and the rooms are in good size. From the moment you step in, it gives a completely different vibe from chain hotels like Sheraton and Intercontinental, where we stayed in Lisbon. It felt warm, eclectic, and artistic. The staff was top notch, and it is evident that they take service to heart. Christiana, the mid day manager was simply wonderful, as were the concierge and morning manager (can’t recall the gentlemen’s names!).

Staff was so welcoming upon our ( early ) arrival . They offered us nata ( pastry ) and port wine and then opened a map and mapped out all the points to see and eat at throughout the city . Our room was beyond amazing ( lybrary suite) . 2 huge rooms and a large bathroom with shower and tub. We had dinner at the hotel our first night which was a tasting menu and they accommodated my dislike of seafood . We also had breakfast included in our reservation . The hotel is not by the others but an easy walk to everything .

I loved this hotel - The main room and the bathroom both were much more spacious than I had expected. The bed extremely comfortable, water pressure and quality in the bathroom excellent, and no noise from outside or surrounding rooms. The service was fantastic - they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, answer all of my questions, and provide great personalized recommendations with no language barriers whatsoever. Thank you for supporting my wonderful visit! Note that the adjoining restaurant works with the hospitality school next door, so some of their staff are still learning (but very nice!).

fantastic customer experience from the hotel staff - you are given a mobile phone linked to the hotel so you can contact them if you are struggling , it links to where you are and gives you info .the hotel is spotless .. we did have a couple of issues around breakfast which I have taken up with the hotel directly . the hotel is approx. 10 minutes away from most of the main parts of Porto and approx. 30 minutes from the River area although ubers are cheap enough

In the hotel lobby it says "The art of welcoming " which the Artist Hotel are very good at. On check in I was offered a glass of port wine and a traditional Portuguese custard tart called Nata both very welcome after my journey. The receptionist also spent a lot of time explaining where all the best places to visit were. The hotel was spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from main part of town. I was given a large double room even though I was there on my own. The staff were friendly and attentive and keen to help. Breakfast was good with other choices in addition to the continental breakfast. My only negative was on one of the days I returned to the hotel after 9pm wet and hungry but was unable to get any food at the hotel even though the bar was empty and only a handful of people in the restaurant. Porto is a beautiful city well worth a visit.

Great hotel bistro and location!
Great hotel bistro and location 5 mins walk to centre but quiet. Bistrô is a MUST for lunch! Helpful and awesome staff u r greeted with a traditional sweet and port from the region. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Great staff, location & room size
Front desk staff was very helpful in giving us directions and understanding how the restaurant functioned. The location of the hotel is very close to the downtown area but also quiet. Just be prepared to walk up hills! The rooms are very large by European standards and very comfortable. The bathroom was especially roomy!!

We love the hotel! Staff are so friendly, room is clean, hotel itself is full of artwork and also the location is on a quiet street which let you escape the business of the town but still easy to get to the tourist attractions. Would recommend this to anyone esp those with an artsy taste !
