“Struttura un po’ datata con una necessità di una profonda ristrutturazione . Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione decorosa ma non eccellente . Comoda alla spiaggia 50 metri. Noi eravamo al terzo piano senza ascensore con le valige era un problema . Comunque stanza molto spaziosa con un grande terrazzo . Per finire buon rapporto qualità prezzo .”

“The hotel is so well located, right in the heart of mirissa and with direct access to the beach. We would spend our days in the ocean and come right back to our room to change. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset from the beachfront restaurant.”

“Staff/owners are lovely and so helpful. Parked our tuktuk at the bottom of the short path (2mins to the hotel from tuktuk) Wifi great. We upgraded during our stay as we was originally in a double room with no AC. It was far too small and hot. So we then paid to move upstairs. The room had AC and was bigger for our cases. Area is fine. Food and beach nerby. ”

“We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again”

“Hotel semplice ma in ottima posizione, basta attraversare la strada per essere nella splendida spiaggia di Mirissa e lontani il giusto per non sentire la musica ed il rumore dei locali notturni. Personale disponibile e possibilità di cenare con dell’ottimo pesce fresco a prezzi inferiori rispetto ai ristoranti in spiaggia. Piscina dal colore un po’ strano, ma non abbiamo scelto l’hotel per stare in piscina! ”

“Went there as a family and booked two rooms overlooking the ocean (2nd floor). It was magical. Comfy beds, beautiful ocean and sunset views, great pool and direct beach access, and wonderful staff who were always on hand to help. Breakfast was brilliant - fruit platter, fresh juice, choice of eggs (recommend the Sri Lanka omelette) and pancakes. Absolutely loved our stay here - I could sit on the balcony and look at the ocean for a week. Note: We were there late October, so the hotel was...

“Probably the best location, right in front of the main entrance to the beach, and from the balcony we get a full view of Mirissa beach. We were on the 3rd floor.”

“Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto è sistemato nella nostra camera. Personale gentilissimo e camera molto spaziosa e curata con un bellissimo bagno e un terrazzo che dava sul giardino. La spiaggia era letteralmente a 50 metri. Fantastiche le colazioni sulla terrazza, abbondanti e squisite. Mirissa Beach a 5 minuti di cammino o un minuto scarso di tuk tuk. Lo consiglio vivamente.”
