The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, and plates, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The apartment also offers a smart Tv with a box, providing a variety of entertainment options. For your convenience, a washing machine and hairdryer are available. A baby cot and high chair are provided upon request for families with young children.

For added comfort, the apartment includes a private garage, ensuring easy and secure parking during your stay. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the surroundings.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 65-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
