We pay for water, international cable TV, and satellite Wifi. Our satellite Wi-Fi is always on and offers extremely high speeds with unlimited data.
Please adjust the number of people correctly. That's critical for the validity of the booking, as we will provide beds accordingly.
No refund when the number of guests is wrong.
The space
The smartest choice is to stay in Porto-Novo. Everything is better, and Cotonou is just 45 minutes from this cute home, while you can have a short walk to the main bus station.
Possible access to our large terrace on the 1st floor with a decorated straw hut, hammocks, garden furniture, and barbecue in complete privacy.

Please always compare our prices to those of an entire apartment of 280 m2 in a well-equipped house for exclusive use, not to a bedroom for 2 people.

Guest access
Exclusive access to the apartment, either the lower-level or the upper-level house booked. Nobody else will be sharing that apartment with you. It’s an entirely private space.

We may have an excellent discount for your specific dates. All our discounts are automatically calculated online. Long-term stays are always welcome.
Please make sure to enter the exact number of guests that we'll allow in the house. A mistake here may void your entire booking without any reimbursement.

Reminder of 5 important house rules:
Violation of any of these house rules could result in immediate and permanent eviction from the property without any refund.
The House User Manual (MUM) binder gives more details for better use of this residence.
1- Please take off your outdoor shoes once in the house.
2- Please do not invite anyone who is not on the reservation into the house or for an overnight stay. The number of people authorized to reside must absolutely correspond to the number indicated on the reservation.
3- Period of total calm from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.: no noise that could disturb the neighborhood.
4- Some things are made available to you for your comfort. These are not gifts. If you didn't bring an item, then it doesn't belong to you. Please do not take it with you when leaving.
5- Active surveillance and video and sound recording devices in the residence, in the common areas at the entrance, and in the interior courtyard of this property for security and safety reasons. There is absolutely no intent to breach privacy. Smile! :) Any recording would be for the exclusive use of the owners.
Tampering with, obstructing, or disabling any of these security devices will be considered a violation.
Any violation of these House Rules. We will not tolerate these activities as they may result in immediate police action for eviction from the premises without any refund, including any deposit.

Additional requests
Please keep the living room, dining room, and kitchen tidy and clean. All the dishes must be washed before we count them. Don’t let anything outside that the wind or heavy rain might damage. If you displaced anything, please put it back where it was so we won’t count it as not missing and charge you by mistake. Bottom keys: closer to the pillar. Upper keys: farther from the pillar.
