Elegant and contemporary, Villa Folacca offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for your stay in Southern Corsica. Spread over two levels, it comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bright living room with a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and the villa benefits from a high-speed fiber internet connection. Its real asset is its generous outdoor space. The spacious private terrace naturally extends the living areas and allows you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. House Rules & Important Information

A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival, in the form of a pre-authorization similar to that used in hotels. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or cash and will naturally be released after your departure, once the accommodation has been checked. We thank you for preserving the tranquility of the premises. Parties, outside visitors, and noise disturbances are not permitted. Please avoid excessive noise in the evening and at night to respect the neighbors. Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
