Modern 4 bedroom with ensuits house with off street parking. The house is a 5 min walk from QA Hospital and less than a mile drive from Lakeside Business park. The house has a fully equiped kitchen, dining room & comfortable lounge with Smart TV. broadband and Netflix. Comfortably sleeps 7 people. Ideal for families, individuals, business stayers or contractors. Includes 24 hour self check in. Close to M27, A3 , Southsea (5 Miles ), Port Solent and North Harbour This newly renovated property has 3 double bed bedrooms and one single bed bedroom each with its own ensuite shower room. Each room has space to hang clothing, a desk to work at, a plug socket that has a USB and USB C point. The mattresses are super comfortable for a great night sleep and hotel quality bedding and pillows. Stylish accommodation offers everything needed for a short or long stay. Boasting a great living space with a New smart TV with Sky TV and Netflix in the living room. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area is open plan and lends itself to a great gathering space. There is a full bathroom and toilet on the groundfloor available for all to use. Full fibre broadband is available throughout the property The large garden is shared with the guests in the annex. The local Taxi service is reliable with Uber available too Please not that extra guests are not allowed. A penalty of £100 per night per person will be charged if this is infringed. NO ANIMALS are allowed on the property due to a severe allergic reaction by the owner! £200 extra cleaning fee will be charged if this is infringed Strictly NO SMOKING in the house. Everything was lovely. Bedrooms were so cozy. The host answered every question really well (I asked a lot). Honestly such a lovely place to stay. I loved that every room had a bathroom and that there was anything you could need in the kitchen. Honestly amazing.
