“From the moment I walked in l was greeted with warm, hospitable service. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. I wish I'd stayed there the entire visit.”

“Staff were very helpful. Ordering food from the restaurant was very smooth. Came right to our room door. Great room and living area, full size kitchen was a great surprise. We didn't even need the air conditioning at times. Fresh air from the river kept the place cool. Will be back again.”

“Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money.”

“I stayed here with my brother, his 2 kids, and my mom. This cute little home had everything inside. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a large family meal. There was AC, comfortable beds, and space for my group of 5. There were even some toys for the kids and a nice outdoor space. ”

“What impressed me most was the feet dim lights when going to the bathroom areas. The AC was very cold fridge worked very well The bed was clean and firm. You got robe slippers and chargers for phones. The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware. “Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. We also received world class massages. The one downside would be the food. Average at best. All in all a beautiful island and it...
