“Lovely hotel in the new forest. Close proximity to walks. restaurants and cafes. Love breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff who were very accommodating of our two children. Thank you”

“The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. We found it to be quite unprofessional.
The breakfast service was mediocre the first day but much better the second.
It's a nice place to get away from the city center, but not as quiet as I had...
