“The only thing clean were the sheets I think. I slept on top of the bed. The air conditioning ran all night long, no matter what temperature you put it at the staff was unseen. The only thing that was great was the location. (they need to update the entire property.)”

“My husband and I have stayed here for the past 3 years when we visit Kittery. We love the little balconies and the convenience of having a kitchen. There is always plenty to choose from for breakfast. Kittery Inn and Suites is also centrally located with easy access to Portland, NH. It is also a very peaceful place. The pool is awesome too.”

“There was no information provided or available in the room regarding things such as breakfast times, hours of the pool, or local things to do/places to eat. While the cleaning staff were pleasant, the front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful. No towels at the pool, and a giant wad of hair stuck to the side of the shower was discovered during our initial use. Maintenance on things such as the pool is overduue. Nothing absolutely horrible, but will spend our money elsewhere next time.”
