Nuovo porto England vista tramonti! Questa casa è arredata e decorata con divano in pelle, TV a grande schermo con suono surround e altoparlanti stereo in tutta la casa, accessori per il mare, pavimenti in acero e panchine wainscot. Grande ponte con grill a gas e la parte superiore della linea Thermo Spa vasca idromassaggio! Aprire piano planimetria della cattedrale soffitto del salotto con finestre che si affacciano sul porto!

8 posti letto con 4 camere e 2 bagni, questa casa è perfetta per una settimana vacanza in spiaggia. 1 camera da letto con bagno privato. al piano inferiore dispone di 3 camere da letto con un bagno e lavanderia. C'è anche una doccia esterna chiusa per risciacquare dopo una giornata in spiaggia (potrebbe anche fare la doccia in là, se necessario).

Le giornate estive potrai godere di una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. Una cucina abbondantemente attrezzata con grande tavolo in vetro e bar per la colazione posti a sedere ospiterà 9 persone e concludere una giornata perfetta spiaggia.

Preferiamo fare affitti settimanali, ma siamo disposti ad affittare notti settimana / fine settimana all'ultimo minuto. Abbiamo bisogno di un week-end di 2 notti e minimo 3 notti nei giorni feriali, ma siamo disposti ad abbassare i tassi se si dovrebbe rimanere più notti. Si noti che le opzioni lunghe Notturno Fine / sono solo all'ultimo minuto (per cui se l'unità non ha preso in affitto per la settimana prima). Siamo anche flessibili per il check-in / out per lunghi week-end se nessuno ha affittato le settimane prima / dopo il vostro. Nightly ha il rigoroso check in / out.

Great house, great location

Decent “duplex” linens NOT provided. Weird!

This property is a Duplex, not a stand alone home. Walls were very very thin, you could hear the tenants (or owner?) in the other unit using the restroom. Gross. Plus the listing said linens provided but buried in the listing description it stated linens were extra. I should have read more closely but who in the world would charge for linens?!?! We flew in, we couldn’t bring linens. Then we were charged $100 for linens!!!! AND had to launder them and sweep/vacuum the house upon departure. That wasn’t a big deal but found it a bit strange that we were asked to thoroughly clean the home. In all the duplex fit our needs but was a bit pricey given the things mentioned above.

Excellent time!

The house is exactly as described and in a location that was easy enough to walk to where we wanted to go! Leanne made check in/check out a breeze and was very pleasant to deal with! We had such a great time even though it rained for a full day we were there. The size of the house made it easy enough for us all to play games and just enjoy being there even during the rain! The hot tub was a great addition. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful time at the beach

This lovely home was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, spacious, in great repair, featured views of the harbor and was just a short walk to an uncrowded beach. If you like to cook, you are near fresh seafood and produce, and the kitchen and grill are chef-ready. There was ample parking, and easy access by car. Leeanne was gracious and hospitable, and we hope to return next year with more of the family.

Great fourth of july

Leeanne was very helpful and accommodating to us. She showed us where everything was, and gave us extra floats and coolers and chairs. The house is in the perfect area with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaraunts and a beautiful view. Thank you again!

unfair withholding of security deposit

We had a great stay but were shocked that the owner withheld a large portion of our security deposit saying that we had not cleaned (although we had). She said she had a video evidence, but refused to share it, which I think means it was actually clean. If you rent this property you should figure into the cost a loss of your security deposit.

Great beach house

We had a vertical comfortable stay at this clean and quaint beach house. Bought live lobsters at the fish market across the street and found the perfect pot to cook them in. The steam shower and the hot tub really make this property stand out.

Perfect beach home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The living areas were very roomy and comfortable and the bedrooms were as well. Everything was very clean and Leeanne was a super host- helpful and accommodating. The windows provide nice views and a lot of light. The beautiful beach is a short walk from the house.

Great house with amazing sunsets

The house is very nice and up to date. The upstairs is open concept and the side facing the water has large windows with great views. The house is very comfortable and the home owner is very easy to work with. The house comes with everything you need to just show up and relax and enjoy yourself. The house is located in an easy to get to spot and actuall has decent parking. Large outdoor deck with a grill and hottub over looking the water. There is a small beach accross the street within easy walking distance. Will definitely be renting the house again.
