Studio cabin #3 with lake view and boat dock access, outdoor seating.

Bixby Cove Cabin #3 sleeps 4 people and has amazing spaces. The cabin sits within walking distance of the lake and a boat dock that is owned by the property. The dock can be accessed and used by renters. The cabin has a full kitchen along with an outdoor grill. There will be plenty of seating for the whole family! Enjoy a great day out on the lake and then come back and build a fire on a private firepit! This cabin is only a few minutes from Duchess Creek Marina and Porum Landing Recreation Area. The town of Porum Landing is minutes away and has diners, convenient stores, restaurants, and a bar for your entertainment. There is plenty of parking for boat trailers and guests.

Absolutely great place to stay. Housed three adults easily. Everything was very clean and wonderfully put together. I ended up losing my phone and because od my two-factor authentication set-up, I could not get into my VRBO to confirm the door code. I ended up texting the phone numbers posted on the sign at the cabin and recieved an EXTREMELY prompt reply. They helped me verify, get in, and set up within 10 minutes. Extremely grateful for them going above and beyond for me. Absolutely would stay again. Only complaint would be that the listing reads 'lake view' but I would not say that it had a lake view, but it was located very close to the lake nevertheless.

Loved it

I felt super safe. Great neighbors. Super chill spot. I loved the patio. Only concern is how close the fire pits are to the neighbor’s expensive fence. Make sure there’s no winds when having a fire. One pit is like 3 feet away and cabin 3 was about 6 feet away. But I loved it & the dock is really nice to have too if you have a kayak or boat.

Our Go-To Place at the Lake

Had another wonderful stay at Bixby Cove! This is where we go when we go to the lake and if they have no availability, we generally reschedule our trip! The hosts are the best!

Wonderful Hosts and Flawless Visit!

This was about our 7th or 8th stay in these cabins and out 3rd stay with these hosts. If you stayed here a few years ago and it was less that stellar, you really should give it another try. These are the kind of hosts who go out of their way to add so many nice little touches for their guests. Every interaction is positive, although we don't generally have to contact them. Really good people and we're scheduled for another stay next month!

Probably the Best Hosts I’ve Ever Had

I’ve stayed here several times. I stopped staying here previously for several reasons, then learned that this property had been purchased by new hosts. What a difference!! Liz and Cassidi are truly amazing and seem to really enjoy creating an atmosphere that makes me feel really valued as a guest. I have two more stays already booked here, as I’m bringing guests for these visits. The only thing that makes me hesitate giving a good review is I don’t want them always to be booked up when I want to come!!!
