On the ground floor there is also one of the three bedrooms with a single bed and a guest WC. The upper floor surprises with a spacious sleeping area, a seating area, another comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed and a spacious shower room.Outside, our spacious terrace, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to relax. Enjoy the idyllic view with a glass of wine and use our barbecue for cosy evenings at dusk. The lovingly designed garden with fruit trees, swings and a pavilion with party lighting and music offer the perfect retreat. Three parking spaces are available for visitors arriving by car.The area surrounding our house is a paradise for nature and culture lovers. Only 2 km from Poseritz and 27 km from Bergen auf Rügen, there is a wide range of activities such as cycling, walking and cycling tours. Riding stables, a golf course, a marina and opportunities for fishing and swimming are all within easy reach.
