There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience.”

“We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.”
