"The overnight desk clerk, Nick, was very friendly and helpful. Our issues were with the property. The elevator was out of order, our room door (205) had to be lifted slightly to have the door to latch, and the shower head leaked when it was on and the water would dribble onto the bathroom floor. ..."

"The hosts went out out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even allowed us to access the property well before the check-in time to accommodate overnight travelers to go to bed upon their arrival. Throughout our stay they offered us help in any way possible"
