“When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. ”

“We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. ”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cigarette butts littered the grounds. The biggest issue was our non-smoking room, which reeked of smoke. It permeated the walls, furniture, and bed, making it difficult to breathe.
