  • Sulle splendide e tranquille acque di Playa Potrero, Casa Copacabana è composta da 7.500 piedi quadrati, più un altro quasi 4.000 piedi quadrati in terrazze all'aperto. Presentata su Estilos y Casas Magazine, questa tenuta davvero lussuosa, è perfetta per una casa vacanza in Costa Rica. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata per fornire tutti i dettagli necessari per un'esperienza davvero magnifica nel vivere qui.

    Situata direttamente sul lungomare di Playa Potrero, con vista sull'oceano, Casa Copacabana è davvero un'offerta unica.
    La posizione offre ai residenti e agli ospiti il meglio di entrambi i mondi, la posizione imbattibile sulla spiaggia, unita alla comodità di essere a pochi passi dalle comodità e dai servizi di Potrero e Flamingo. L'architettura unica della casa ti dà il benvenuto non appena passi dalla porta d'ingresso mentre sei accolto da un cortile privato che si apre nella residenza. L'ingresso ospita un soggiorno formale con vista sull'oceano, una cucina gourmet dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile Viking, un doppio forno e una barra di granito con sei posti a sedere. Una zona giorno affondata sotto il tetto con copertura su parte della piscina di design per quella nuotata ombrosa si trova proprio dietro questa area sociale! Il bar sull'acqua ha 6 posti a sedere. Per quella perfetta funzionalità di intrattenimento, c'è un patio in granito fuori dalla zona cucina completo di macchina per il ghiaccio, frigorifero e vetreria. Ci sono otto fantastiche suite con tre camere da letto, tre delle quali hanno i loro ingressi e due suite con i loro ampi balconi e bar in granito con vista sull'oceano! La master suite ha un enorme bagno e spogliatoio, tutto in pietra di Coralina. Una suite ha la propria mini-cucina e un delizioso balcone con area verde e ingresso privato fuori dal cortile. Tutte le camere hanno il proprio bagno privato. L'ampio cortile erboso ti porta verso la spiaggia in un nuovo patio con vista sull'oceano per quelle ore di cocktail al tramonto. Un cancello privato si apre sulla sabbia per quelle passeggiate informali, un tuffo nel mare o guardando le barche a vela che passano. Casa Copacabana ha tutto ciò che si desidera in un lungomare

House is great! We loved the pool and the layout of the house. The beach is amazing with fine sand, minimal rocks and the warm water (82 degrees Fahrenheit) is very nice to swim and play in. A few of our guests were enjoying fishing off the beach. Lots of amazing bars, restaurants and activities within walking distance of the house. We had a lot of fun at this location.

Beautiful house and property right on the beach. Very convenient to stores and restaurants with most within walking distance. The property manager was wonderful and helped set up all of our experiences. A wonderful place to stay.

Great location, accommodations, pool, and services. Close to restaurants, and food stores. Only transportation you need is a golf cart. Daily house, property, and pool cleaning and night security.

Wonderful Trip to Potrero

We had a wonderful family trip to Potrero. The property was exactly as the listing, fully stocked for our large group with everything we needed. The pool area was amazing. The staff was on top of every need/want/concern that came up. We loved everything about this property and our stay.

Beautiful house!

House was beautiful and we had plenty of room for our group of 11! So close to markets and plenty of restaurants. Daily housekeeping was wonderful to have as well! Owners helped us quickly with any issue we had.

A Great Home to Accommodate a Large Group

Our family of 20 had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were en suite for every room. The common spaces handled us nicely. There was plenty of room to enjoy meals together. We spent lots of time in the large, clean pool and also on the beach which is a few steps from the back door. The waves were great to play in, the beach was nice to walk on, and the surf fishing was good. This large, clean, centrally located house was perfect for our big family gathering.

Great family vacation

Perfect location for us. We enjoyed every bit of our time spent here. The house is well equipped, the pool is wonderful. We could not have asked for more. There was more than enough space for our family is 12. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Many nearby beaches, and we enjoyed the beach right outside our gate. Excellent choice.

Family Vacation

This property and everyone involved with the property from the owner to the property manager to the housekeeper and all staff was perfect!! Everyone was very friendly and were responsive to all our needs. Our family had an excellent vacation As a plus, the small town of Playa Portrero gave us a very good Costa Rican experience.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Copacabana. The property manager, entire staff and owner were wonderful, helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The house is beautiful and was fantastic space for our large extended family with children ranging from 13-3. We loved the pool, yard, beach and the Hemingway’s that’s so close by! We miss Costa Rica already!

Big Family Vacay

We were extremely pleased with the home during our stay. From our host Jimmy, the the lovely housekeeper Mercedes, the night guard and the owner Greg. They were all extra helpful with all of the planning, the local area, the beaches and of course the home. We had a big family vacation with 5 families totaling 19 people staying together at the home. We all had a fabulous time. The home was just as listed. Right in front of the beach, we got to enjoy daily magnificent sunsets. The pool was beautiful and the kids throughly enjoyed it. All the rooms were extremely spacious and we all had plenty of space to spread out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Costa Rica. 5 stars all the way across! We will definitely be back! Pura Vida!

Amazing!

We had 10 adults and 9 children (ages 3-10) and had the most amazing week at Copa Cabana! The house is HUGE, the pool area is PERFECT, and the entire staff was INCREDIBLE. We never had any concerns regarding security, the beach was beautiful, and the town of Potrero is an absolute GEM. Highly recommend coffee and breakfast at Nita. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Our family loved the property and it’s only a matter of time until we return :)

Wonderful week

Our family trip to Costa Rica was an amazing experience. The house was large and comfortable and the pool was perfect for a group of 10 people—adults and children. The staff was so friendly and accommodating also. A special thanks to Dervin for arranging trips and service. He made everything easier for us. We are looking forward to returning.

Family Vacay

This was an incredible house! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Almost like having your own private beach right outside the backyard. Grandsons loved playing in the beach. Thank you Dervin for helping with transportation from the airport and for setting up excursions with transportation. Very responsive team from property manager to staff at the house.

Epic House & Beach Stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this home. The house is immaculate and gorgeous and the location is perfect right on the beach. You can get right into the ocean from the home. The hosts were extremely kind, hospitable and responsive. The housekeeping staff were so lovely and helpful as well! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this home and the lovely people connected to it. Thank you again to Greg for an amazing experience!!!

Great property in a great area

We loved this property and the area. The property was beautiful. We had a very large (6 adults 7 kids) group of 3 families and the layout was perfect for us. Each family had their own floor and own space. The town of Potrero is very cute, safe and walkable from the property. The property owners gave a list of recommended activities and contacts which we also used and loved, ranging from chef service to day tours through Yellowfin. We’d highly recommend those we well. We’d highly recommend this property and we’d book again.

My brides 50th birthday getaway

This house is designed for entertainment. It is gorgeous and served our party of 7 couples very well. The pool, backyard, beach view was spectacular. We spent most our time outside or asleep. We enjoyed chef services for breakfast everyday and dinner twice -Amazing. We had couples massages on the master bedroom deck (twice)THE BEST massages and very professional. Everyone we worked with was fantastic and so accommodating- thank you Greg and Mackenzie, Dervin, Jimmy and of course Jessina for helping make this a vacation that won’t be forgotten PURA VIDA!

Costa Rica Unplugged

Our family of 8 adults and seven children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Copacabana. The house was perfect for us with just the right number of rooms (especially with king-sized beds), a great kitchen, and wonderful outdoor patio and pool space that worked even in the rain. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and helpful and we hired the chef service for 5 days which was beyond our expectations of great food and presentation. we booked a tour to Rincon National Park and that was excellent as well. The road in front of the house and parking for more than 2 vehicles was a bit challenging, but we made it work. In all, a great family getaway in a friendly and beautiful country!!

Costa Rica 2024!

Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up at the house! We would rent again. Thanks for the memories!

Paradise

Very spacious, clean, perfect location - more houses around then in pictures. They updated some patio furniture which is nicer then the pictures. Mercedes the house keeper is an awesome person and David the ground keeper is awesome as well - they put the experience over the top. I can’t say enough about how helpful they are. Jose the tour guy we mostly had was awesome - he speaks several languages and made extra stops at great locations to give us the whole Costa Rica experience. Hemingways - the restaurant just 4 properties over is a great restaurant with entertainment nightly

Perfect place for our family of 14!

Loved this house and the great communication from the owner, transfer company, house manager, housekeeper, groundskeeper, night guard, excursion company and golf cart supplier! I'm in the travel business and having everything we needed just a What's App text away was great. The house is lovely. We ordered groceries for the week and they were waiting for us when we arrived. The first night we had a chef prepare our dinner and what a treat that was after a red eye flight. You can walk to several restaurants or if you've rented a golf cart or two drive those. No need to rent a car. The recommended excursion company offers transfers to and from the airport and to all the excursions. The black sand volcano sand beach was great. The kids loved being in the ocean every day. And we adults loved the huge pool. You'll love the huge kitchen and outdoor space.
