“Everything was nice and clean, my only complaint was the bodywash dispenser was empty when I took a shower.”

“The property was clean for the most part, but our room had an odd smell and the bathroom shower was not clean. I called ahead to inform the front desk that I had a service dog. When I arrived, the front desk clerk told me they had to charge me with a pet fee. After showing that my dog was a fully trained service dog, the fee was quickly removed. Unfortunately, I was placed in a part of the hotel with several untrained pets. My service dog and I had to put up with barking and charging dogs....

“The property is under construction/rennovation. The staff was great, but just be prepared for that. Still a great place to stay. ”

“This is ok place for last resort. Would be better if there were certain rooms that pets were allowed. Need to have pet free rooms for people that have allergies to pets. This MUST be stated in website. Not stated as a pet free room. Coffee was horrible & breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Staff were friendly & polite.”
