Spacious N.London Mansion w/Heated Pool, Games Room, Pool House & Tennis Court

Experience an escape from the city at The Villa Mansion, a magnificent property set on a 10-acre estate with an equestrian area, offering complete privacy and seclusion. This gated residence boasts 5 bedrooms, a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, and a pool house with a bar, among other amenities. There are also two fully fitted games rooms and a cinema room. The property offers free, secure parking.

The main house has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 people. We also have an annexe attached to the house, which can sleep up to 4 people (self-contained 1 bedroom apartment with its own kitchen). The living room is generally used as a 2nd bedroom.

HOUSE RULES & BOOKING TERMS

* Rates & Usage
Standard nightly rates apply to normal stays within the stated sleeping capacity only.
Production shoots, events, gatherings, or additional guests above sleeping capacity are charged at higher rates depending on total headcount and usage. Please enquire before booking.

* Additional Guest Fee
£100 per person for any staying or visiting guest above the stated sleeping capacity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* Security Deposit
A £1,000 refundable security deposit is required before arrival.
Last-minute, event-type or higher-risk bookings may require a higher deposit.

* Pre-Arrival Requirements
All guests must:
– Provide a valid government ID
– Review and sign our booking agreement
– Pay the refundable security deposit

This must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation, or at least 3 hours before arrival for same-day bookings.

* Condition of Stay
Bookings cannot proceed unless all pre-arrival requirements have been fully completed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full Villa Mansion property including the 6 bedrooms, lounge areas, games room, swimming room and pool house. Access to the heated pool and 10 acre grounds is also included.
