  • Casa pulita e confortevole con ampio spazio aperto per riunioni di famiglia. La sala da pranzo aperta può ospitare 10 persone con 8-10 ulteriori sgabelli al bar. Grande cucina agricola con molti piatti e servizi per cucinare.
    Patio esterno con grill e vista sulla valle del fiume Shoshone in lontananza.
    Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale con bagno padronale e vasca idromassaggio.
    Tre camere da letto supplementari una con letto matrimoniale, una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Ulteriori aree loft in ogni camera da letto hanno un futon per ulteriore zona notte o salotto, se lo si desidera.
    Totale posti letto disponibili per dormire = 15.
    Abbiamo ridotto il prezzo notturno a causa del paesaggio incompiuto all'esterno e una carenza di tempo per l'arredamento finito in casa. È pulito e confortevole, ma non molte immagini sulle pareti ecc ...
    Il nuovo wifi non sarà disponibile fino al 25/06/19.

    Per le riunioni di famiglia la proprietà dispone di un'ulteriore pensione per gli ospiti con 2 camere da letto e di eventuali impianti elettrici e fognari per un camper, se necessario.

    La struttura si trova a 15 minuti da Cody, che ha meravigliosi ristoranti e birrerie, ottimi negozi ed è famosa per il Buffalo Bill Historical Museum e, naturalmente, il rodeo estivo notturno. L'ingresso ovest del Parco Nazionale di Yellowstone è di 65 miglia.

Successful family reunion!

This house was perfect for our large group. Everyone in the group was impressed with how functional the house was for us. The cherry on top was the beautiful view. Would stay here again!

Excellent Stay for 12

The home was very clean and the kitchen and open space was perfect for hosting 12 of us. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and the outside patio.

Cross country motorcycle trip stay

We all absolutely loved this place, beautiful home, very secluded and quiet, so very peaceful and comfortable. We spent 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. I absolutely highly recommend staying here and hosts were very easy to communicate with. Definitely plan to use again in future trips and have shared with all our friends.

This property is amazing! Easily accommodated our large group with seating as well as beds. Great location; easy to get to Powell, Cody and Yellowstone. Beautiful views! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to gather and enjoy seeing each other.

Excellent large group/family stay

We had an excellent stay with our large extended family. The place was very nice and spacious. View from the place was beautiful despite being partially blocked by trees. Easy drive to Powell and Cody. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Catching up with family

Great meeting place to hang for dinner, play games, and sleep for us, our kids, grandparents, cousins, and siblings. Unique property. We enjoyed it.

The house was wonderful! It was a great place to gather for my husband and I and my brothers, sister and spouses coming from out-of-state! The only thing that took some adjusting to was the noise from the sugar beet operation on the neighboring property which was quite noisy very early in the morning

We had an incredible stay at Rebecca's home - it was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The large dining table comfortably fit our entire group, making shared meals and conversations so special. The long counter with eight stools was a hit with our nieces and nephews, who loved sitting there each morning for breakfast.The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed to host a big family breakfast, which made cooking together a breeze. There was also plenty of living room space for everyone to relax and catch up, which really made the house feel like home.Rebecca was a gracious and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again-it was the perfect setting for creating lasting family memories.

Great base camp for Yellowstone

If u need a great family getaway, this is your place. Rebecca was extremely helpful but no real help is needed. Some reviews discussed the place wasn’t cool enough, we had 5 days in the 90’s and we were quite comfortable. We hope to be able come back in the near future.

Very nice, secluded with a nice view

The home accommodated a lot of people, best for a combination of kids and adults with each bedroom having a loft with beds, except the master bedroom. The master was very nice. The kitchen and living room were beautiful with excellent furnishings. The location was secluded except for being part of a farm property. There was a very nice view to the west. We enjoyed our stay!

What an awesome house!!! No complaints whatsoever. We rented a big place anticipating the whole family to come. A lot didn’t, but we kept the house anyways. I would rent this place if it were only my husband & I because we loved it so much

Great for a big family group

Very nice property! We had a group of 15 people- 8 adults-3 teenagers and 4 under the age of 10 and had plenty of sleeping space to be comfortable. The location is nice and secluded. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is set up so perfectly to cook for a large group and the fridge and freezer are extra large to fit lots of food and drinks. Driving distance to Cody was not too long.

Wyoming family trip

The cleaners had not come so beds were unmade and nothing done after last used. We contacted the owner and received a refund. We then found other places for the 10 of us for the 2 days.

Such a beautiful place

Rebecca's house was so beautiful! The location was 15-20 minutes from Cody and about 10 feom Powell. It was so pretty and quiet. The house is much larger than it looks from the outside. We had tons of room! The kitchen is large and well equipped. The view is beautiful! We thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. Rebecca answered all our questions quickly. If we come back with a big group again this is the house we will book again! I cant say enough good things about it.

Very nice!

We only have one complaint, there wasn’t any central air conditioning. The small portable air conditioning just weren’t enough. But It was pretty warm the nights we stayed. If it was cooler outside at night, it would have been more comfortable. The owner was very helpful when we were looking for something. We really enjoyed the beautiful sights outside and the house was beautiful inside as well.

Nice spacious house but not for the summer

The house was perfect for our large gathering, and the kitchen was excellent, but it was very, very hot; the outdated AC units did not cool down the house in the middle of the summer. 78 to 80 during the day was unacceptable. The lack of TVs in the main gathering area and bedrooms was a disappointment. The main bedroom had a broken AC unit that didn't work. The property was lovely, and the space was excellent. I recommend it for gatherings, but not during the summer unless the house gets updated with proper AC.

Convenient & Clean

We stayed here with extended family for a trip to Cody & Yellowstone. Location was perfect, house was very clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Sleeping space for everyone. There is no AC but several AC units that make it tolerable but not cool when it’s 98 outside so be aware of that when booking. We knew ahead of time and brought a couple extra fans. The WiFi didn’t work for us but I never reached out to the host as we made due without it. I did try to get TV to work our first night and she was very responsive and had her son call right away to help walk me through it. We were not there enough to have it be an issue. Same with the WiFi. Overall great stay and would recommend for larger families!
