"The body wash and lotion dispensers were empty. We used shampoo. A soft bed, I can't sat that, but it was ok the 2nd night..if you like a firm bed, you will love it. The hotel overall was great! "We had these black biting bugs in the room. Maybe they were tracked inside or God forbid they were already inside. I suggest getting an exterminator around the perimeter of the building. Otherwise the room was fantastic, the cable was really lacking. The views of the mountains were amazing. 6.5/10. ..."
