The Space:
Inside, the home boasts ample space for large families or groups of friends. The living areas are tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, and charming accents that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The large windows let in plenty of natural light, providing lovely views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, there's a patio with 6-burner grill, and 8-seat hot tub—all on 6 private acres allowing you to soak up all the resplendent beauty around you.

Guest Access:
Guests are able to use the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Secluded wooded neighborhood, offering easy access to nature in a peaceful, quiet setting.

Getting Around:
While you'll be able to amble around the property on foot, getting to other locations of interest nearby will typically require a car. The property is conveniently located near route 7 providing easy access to MA, NY, and VT within minutes.

Other Things to Note:
We highly recommend having all wheel drive and/or snow tires, especially in the winter time.

We highly suggest bringing pool/beach towels if planning to use the hot tub and/or pool.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise low when outside after 9 pm.

We will be available through the Airbnb app!

The villa was great! The house is very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

We get together with our college friends every year for a reunion/New Years celebration. This was the perfect place to reunite! Plenty of spacious bedrooms, so that everyone had their own room. And the Great Room, where we all hung out, was in separate wing of the house, so people were not bothered by the noise if they wanted to go to bed early. The kitchen was big and stocked, which made it easy to cook. The hot tub was lovely! Anthony and Diana were extremely responsive to our every need. We would love to come back!!!

We had a delightful, comfortable long weekend family reunion. The space easily accommodated our large group of families. The hot tub/pool is great especially bc the pool can be chilly! We had a couple issues that were addressed promptly but we’re inconvenient hence 4 rather than 5 5 stars. The septic take overflowed. It was corrected within hours of us reporting it though it took longer for the smell to pass. And the garbage at the end of the driveway was strewn about into the forest which we cleaned up, but for such a rural area, there ought to be more secure garbage. Overall our stay was great- we made wonderful memories.
