“As always the hotel was wonderful.”

“Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in this resort. The breakfast is the best as it is cook on the spot based on your selection of their bf menu. There are 4 selections which is adequate. The only downside is that it is very far from the town and also from the attractions and the road into the resort is narrow and dark esp after 7pm. BUT our driver was superb and he drive with caution.”

“Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. ”

“Had a wonderful one-night staycation at one of their Onsen Nordic Suite room, and enjoyed every minute of it - especially the breakfast being brought to the room. There are some maintenance issues with the room, but it didn’t reduce my expectations. I really want to come back again soon.”

Grosser Hundepool beim Restaurant. Spezielle Mahlzeiten für Hunde. Auf Wunsch werden die Hunde gebadet und gepflegt. Ein toller Aufenthalt - leider nur eine Nacht. ”
